About Us
Arik and Heather Connell are the owners of Connell’s Custom Exteriors, Inc. Arik grew up in the construction industry working for his father, who is a general contractor, and then on his own. Heather became a Certified Public Accountant and worked in public accounting for seven years before joining the business full-time. Connell’s Custom Exteriors, Inc. has been incorporated since 1999.

On June 20, 2007 there was a large hail storm that damaged the roofs, siding and other accessories on the townhomes in our association. We have 14 townhome buildings consisting of 30 individual units. Among many choices, we chose Connell’s Custom Exteriors, Inc. to be our contractor. Arik Connell supervised the entire process of our job. His crews removed and replaced over one thousand squares of roofing, including all vents, valleys, boots and chimney caps from September 4, 2007 to September 20, 2007.
